Growing up in New York I was exposed to diverse cultural insights and world-class design. I honed my skills as a qualitative researcher, obtaining my MA in Anthropology at University College London, and then gained experience in applying this to design and business strategy in Los Angeles where I lead the A+D Architecture and Design Museum. Since then I’ve worked with countless businesses to build their online presence and optimize user interaction through design and engagement strategy.
I've had a varied career gaining valuable skills in each experience. I worked in arts and design non-profits for a cumulative 8 years with increasing responsibility. Through these roles, I learned about collaboration, leadership, design, and strategy. When I moved to UX a couple of years ago I brought these with me and enriched my research skills. The thread in all my work has been my ability to approach a mess and find the unique order within the data.
